It sounds gross ,but it is actually really good if you give it a try. Plus it is really healthy for you too.The ingredients for this smoothie are:
- Kale
- Beet
- Rasberries
- Blueberries
- Srawberries
- Bananas
- Milk (I prefer rice milk)
- Ice
Tropical Smoothie
This blend of tropical fruit flavors has a sweet and refreshing taste perfect for summertime...or any time. The ingredients are:- Bananas (frozen)
- Mango
- Orange Juice
- Milk
- A tiny bit of vanilla ice cream
